Michael Rytz (b. 1975, Denmark) is a self-taught artist and illustrator. His work explores recycled materials, gifted or found, reworked and painted over. Many of his works incorporate his passion for old paper with patina. His practice involves painting, illustration and collages. He has illustrated for Euroman, The Guardian, Esquire and Politiken among others.
