Q. When will my new artwork arrive?

A. Though we cannot guarantee specific shipment dates until an order has been placed, unframed works will usually take 2-5 business days to arrive for customers in Denmark, and 7-10 days for international customers. Framed works might take a bit longer. Please note, we only ship framed works of max 40x50 cm.

Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements.  For orders that require special shipping, please contact us to make the proper arrangements.

As soon your piece has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing hello@limitedworks.com

Framed works of larger measurements can be shipped for an additional cost in Denmark, please reach out if this should be of interest.

Q. International Taxes & Duties:

A. Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@limitedworks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll offer to send Danish customers a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. If you are purchasing a product and are located abroad, we can assist you in the process, but won't cover return shipping.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, we will cover all expenses to return the product no matter where you are located, and will send a new one to you once the damaged or wrong item arrives back to us.

Q. What frames do you use?

A. We offer frames from Nielsen, which are of high quality and have a classic design. The depth varies within the two models we have, Scandic and Quadrum, and also in sizes.

For more information on framing please see here.

Q. What is an Original Work?

A. An original work is a completely unique piece of artwork. Mediums typically include: oil, acrylic, watercolor, etching, oil-stick or pencil. If there is an original work that you love that is no longer available for sale, please email hello@limitedworks.com and we can discuss a potential commission for a new original work with the artist on your behalf.

Q. What is a Limited Edition?

A. A limited edition is a fixed number of identical prints. The artist sets the edition size. Unfortunately, when an edition is sold out, it is no longer available. A limited edition print has more value than an open edition or open run print because the availability and scarcity of each work is controlled.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay. Limited Works also accepts payments made through PayPal.
