Parker Ito (b. 1986, USA) is a multidisciplinary artist working with both installation, painting, sculpture, video, drawing, websites and printmaking. Materially inventive and heavy with processes that might corrupt or enhance, Ito produces impressions of the things around him. He assembles cultural markers, ornaments, vistas and consumables and pushes these arrangements through technologies into a substance of the artist’s consciousness.
